TREATMENTS EXPLAINED

Listed below are all the treatments we have available at the moment explained so you know what to expect with your treatment.

SPRAY TAN

BEFORE YOU HAVE YOUR TAN REMEMBER TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

Don't wear any makeup, deodorant or moisturisers before your spray tan
Exfoliate before your spray tan
Wear something loose for when you have had your spray tan
Wax or shave your legs the day before a tan
Remember that perfumes can make the chest look spotty and remove the tan

WAXING

Take a couple of Neurofen plus if your able to and have no adverse reaction to them like asthma
Don't drink tea, coffee or alcohol at least 4 hours before your appointment
Make sure your not due for your period
Exfoliate the area to be waxed the night before
After waxing.....no hot saunas, baths or spas. Don't touch. Exfoliate for a week after waxing. Alot of places say only a couple of days but if you are prone to ingrown hairs do it for a week.
We use Depileve waxes.

FACIALS

We use Dead Sea Minerals, ADI, Dr Huschaka and Saint Ives depending on your skin type.

ESSENTIAL FACIAL - 25 minutes

This starts with the face being cleansed twice with a deep sea mineral natural cleanser. Then the skin is toned to rid it of any residue dirt or cleanser. A gentle exfoliant is rubbed into the skin and cleaned off and a moisturiser suited to your needs is applied.

DEEP CLEANSE - 45 minutes

ACTIVE HONEY- 55 minutes

The face is cleansed twice with a deep sea mineral natural cleanser and followed by a toner to rid the skin of any impurities. A lovely, gentle exfoliant is used with a special brush to cleanse the skin furthur. We look at your skin up close to ascertain any blackheads and remove them for you. An active honey mask is applied with gauze over the top and a galvanic treatment to push the ingredients deeper into the skin. Vapourzone is applied to keep the skin hydrated. Includes a hand and arm massage. When it is washed off a moisturiser will be applied to suit the individual.

MINERAL MUD- 55 minutes

The face is cleansed twice with a deep sea mineral natural cleanser and followed by a toner to rid the skin of any impurities. A lovely, gentle exfoliant is used with a special brush to cleanse the skin furthur. We look at your skin up close to ascertain any blackheads and remove them for you. A mineral mud mask is applied with gauze over the top and a galvanic treatment to push the ingredients deeper into the skin. Mineral mud masks are great for oily and acne prone skins. Vapourzone is applied to keep the skin hydrated. Includes a hand and arm massage. When it is washed off a moisturiser will be applied to suit the individual.

DELUXE FACIAL- 65 minutes

The face is cleansed twice with a deep sea mineral natural cleanser and followed by a toner to rid the skin of any impurities. A lovely, gentle exfoliant is used with a special brush to cleanse the skin furthur. We look at your skin up close to ascertain any blackheads and remove them for you. A glycolic Peel is applied to the skin to strip it and let the healthy new skin grow. It will slowly strip over a few days. A mask to suit you is applied with gauze over the top and a galvanic treatment to push the ingredients deeper into the skin. Vapourzone is applied to keep the skin hydrated. Includes a hand and arm and head massage. When it is washed off a moisturiser will be applied to suit the individual.

MASSAGE

The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. Swedish massage shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. It increases circulation without increasing heart load. It stretches the ligaments and tendons keeping them supple and pliable. Swedish massage also stimulates the skin and nervous system and soothes the nerves themselves at the same time. It reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program for stress management. It also has many specific medical uses.

BACK, NECK AND SHOULDERS MASSAGE - 30 MINUTES

A relaxing massage relieving tension and stress in shoulders and back.

FULL BODY MASAGE - 60 MINUTES

Zone out with one of our beautiful full body, deep tissue massages. Promoting relaxationand improving circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid. It raises the levels of energy leading to an enhanced feeling of wellbeing.

ULTIMATE FULL BODY MASSAGE - 75 MINUTES

Absolute bliss incorporating our signature massage with Sweedish massage and Indian Head Massage. It is one of my favourite treatments to do for people as they are so relaxed and happy after the treatment.

FULL BODY EXFOLIATION AND MASSAGE - 75 MINUTES

As we massage we also use a body exfoliant to smooth the body of rough skin, imperfections and is great before a tan or after waxing. A very relaxing experience.

FULL BACK MASSAGE AND REJUVINATION -75 MINUTES

Relax with a full body massage and a mineral mud mask with Vapourzone and heat on your back. Relaxing and clears the back of and impurities like clogged pores.

CORPORATE MASSAGE - 30 MINUTES

We come to you and do a 30 minute back, neck and shoulders massage for you and your staff. Or if requested a full body massage. How else would you show your stff appreciation than an on-site Corporate massage. The perfect way to say thanks for your help or this month has been tough let's relax then have a productive day.

EYES

EYELASH EXTENSIONS

Eyelash extensions are the hot new rage. Semi-permanent eyelash extensions that give you longer, thicker and very natural looking eyelashes. They look so natural noone will know they are not yours! Eyelash extensions are worn by famous celebrities like Nicole Kidman, Star Jones, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Gwen Stefani, Lucy Liu, Oprah, Naomi Campbell and Liz Hurley to name a few. But you don't have to be a celebrity to wear them. Women everywhere are catching on and becoming Lash Addicted!!

TINTING

If your eyelashes are light we can make them look amazing and your eye area will abolutely "pop". If your eyelashes need tinting chances are so will your eyebrows.

MANICURES AND PEDICURES

We use Orly and OPI and Creative colours. Our 2 week manicures are Shellac polishes.

ESSENTIAL MANICURE AND PEDICURE - 35 minutes

Starting with a soak in a foot bath with locally made foot bombs we cleanse the nails of any residue polish. Then we apply cuticle creme and start the cuticle work. The nails are cut, filed and any hang nails are removed. A pedi paddle is used to remove any dead or rough skin. The feet are washed and a primer or undercoat is applied to all the nails. A colour of your choice is applied and a top coat for protection.

DELUXE MANICURE AND PEDICURE - 60 minutes

Starting with a soak in a foot bath with locally made foot bombs we cleanse the nails of any residue polish. Then we apply cuticle creme and start the cuticle work. The nails are cut, filed and any hang nails are removed. An exfoliating scrub is used to smoothe the entire foot. A pedi paddle is used to remove any dead or rough skin. Your feet are then dipped in a peach paraffin wax. This makes the feet soft and nourished. A foot and leg massage is performed while the feet soak in the paraffin. The feet are washed and a primer or undercoat is applied to all the nails. A colour of your choice is applied and a top coat for protection. Toes waxed too if needed.

ELECTROLYSIS

This is the only recognised sucessful method of removing unwanted hair permanently and safetly without affecting the surrounding skin. Most areas of the body can be treated eg: upper lip, chin, bikini line, breasts and stomach areas.

We treat grey hairs and darker skins safetly.
